An assailant was killed and two others were wounded in a shooting Tuesday outside the Israeli consulate in Istanbul, which was empty of diplomats at the time. Two police officers also sustained minor injuries, according to an initial official report. Officials have identified the assailants, saying that the killed gunman was affiliated with "a terror group".
